THIS IS ME

WITHIN

I grew up in a small town east of San Francisco. It was so small that everyone knew everything. I have a tough past that consists of struggling to find my voice, figuring out my identity, and figure out how to live for me. 

After high school I moved away to San Diego to start fresh. I thought running away from my problems would solve them. In fact it just brought them to light even more. My life looked great  from the outside looking in but I was struggling.

Then during the covid 19 pandemic I began to find myself again. I also started believing in Christian faith. Which sounds like a shocker and probably was to the people around me because of my ability to fight for injustice in the world However I found it helped me grow into the person I am now.

I started this blog to represent a trie life where I share what being a Christian women color is like, my fashion finds, my life hacks, and wellness and food spots local to San Diego.
